Description

Ola Vista is a stunning beachfront home designed to offer everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. The property features a spacious living area, ample dining space, a game room, a theater room, and 11 bedrooms, each with its own private bath. Outside, you'll enjoy a beachfront deck with a private pool that can be heated from October to May for $60 per day, lounge chairs for sunbathing, a convenient pool bath, and a dune walkover providing direct access to the beach.

Ola Vista is available for weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday during the summer. Please note that after Summer 2024, the home will accommodate a total of 36 guests, with fewer bunk beds than are currently available.

The main floor features a large great room with plenty of space for everyone to gather and eat together. The kitchen is equipped with three full-size refrigerators, two dishwashers, two ranges, a large commercial ice machine, and a long breakfast bar. Entertainment options abound with a game room that includes billiards, a shuffleboard table, and a video game table, along with three full-sized arcade games in the entry hall. A theater room with comfortable seating provides another option for relaxation. This floor also includes three bedrooms: a King bedroom with a private bath, a bedroom with a pair of Queen beds, and a room with a Queen-over-Queen bunk bed. There is also a half bath on this floor (in addition to the half bath outside by the pool).

On the top floor, you'll find eight additional bedrooms, including two beachfront King bedrooms, four additional King bedrooms, and two bunkrooms, each currently outfitted with two Queen/Queen bunks and a Twin/Twin bunk.

Ola Vista is located on West Beach Boulevard, 2.2 miles west of Hwy 59.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For the Hangout Music Festival, a $1000 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.

This house had everything as advertised and more! It was a spectacular stay over the four days that we were there. We needed nothing as far as accessories once we got inside the house. All that you would ever need for recreating, cooking, and leisure were there.

The house is gorgeous, well maintained, and very clean
I can’t say enough about the Rental Company, they were easily accessible when we had any questions.
When we first got there we couldn’t get the elevator to work and they had the maintenance guy there within 10 minutes.
We had three generations (18) under the same roof for a wonderful visit.
The kitchen and common area gave everyone a comfortable place to enjoy breakfast together as they planned their day and dinner time for everyone to share their beach experience's
For those who couldn’t make it to the beach the covered porch was a perfect place to enjoy the ocean view and to watch our beach goers play in the ocean .
We will definitely be back soon

Our family had a fabulous vacation experience at Ola Vista. The home is beautiful, well cared for and clean. The beach is right off the walkout, beach chairs were provided. Pool was clean, colored lights are a nice touch and fun for everyone in the family. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Great House! Easily one of the best houses we've stayed at over the past 15 years we've been taking this trip over Labor Day. Plenty of space for multiple families wanting to vacation together and not near high rises so even on busy days, the beach won't be over crowded.
