Pineapple Paradise is a stunning beachfront home in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, providing a serene coastal escape.

This spacious property features 5 bedrooms, including 4 beachfront king rooms and a bunkroom that sleeps 4. The first floor includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, and a full bathroom. On the second floor, you'll find the bunkroom with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and twin daybed with a trundle, along with 2 king bedrooms. The third floor offers 2 more king bedrooms and another living area with a daybed and a trundle. Each floor boasts wide porches with breathtaking gulf front views.

The stylish decor and clean lines of Pineapple Paradise complement the expansive ground-floor space, featuring a custom 12' x 25' gunite pool (heated from October to May for $60 per day), a charcoal grill, an outdoor dining table, and plenty of shaded space to unwind after a day at the beach.

Located approximately 3.7 miles west of Highway 59, this home offers a quiet and uncrowded setting, just minutes away from local restaurants and shops.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For the Hangout Music Festival, a $1000 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.

Beautiful house right on the beach. There are a handful of cosmetic things that need repair. We paid for a heated pool and was told on the day of arrival it wasn't heating. We paid over $200 for this, still waiting on a refund. Maintenance should have checked this prior and fixed before our arrival. We were very disappointed due to it was chilly and we would have utilized the pool. Beds were comfy, TV's were complicated. Note: tge house is not near anything so get what you need ahead of time. Property management were confusing in communication. Someone needs to actually go to the house and assess repairs, nit just clean it.

We went off season and you do run a risk of weather. We didn’t see the sun much but the house was beautiful. I thought the pool underneath the house was a bit odd, but it was a lifesaver because it could rain, rain, rain, and the kids could be in the pool.
The electronic concierge didn’t seem to work as we reported a broken garbage disposal. We never heard back from maintenance, but a lack of garbage disposal did not impact our stay. I just wanted to make sure the property management company was aware.
We loved the amount of space and the layout because it allowed those of us that needed to work to do so. The WiFi couldn’t handle the zoom call, but that could have been weather related as we were there when Hurricane Francine was active or due to the number of people working.
I would definitely book this home again!

We have stayed at Pineapple Paradise for three years. We have been very pleased every year. We love all the bathrooms. We do wish there were steps from the deck to the pool/beach area. Unfortunately with our growing family, we need at least another bedroom, that’s the only reason we aren’t renting for next year.

This house was perfect for our family of 10. We loved having the pool and being right on the beach. I think renters should be aware that the walkway is a public access, so one shouldn't be surprised to see families and individuals walking right next to the house. We did not have any problems with this, but it was just a little unexpected. Other than that, the house was clean and spacious for our group. The management company is wonderful and responsive, and helpful in answering our questions for future rentals.

My family had a wonderful time. Pineapple Paradise is so neat and clean. Kitchen is stocked well with essentials to cook. Our kids love the pool. Mattresses on beds are firm and not worn out. One suggestion is a curtain or room divider to make a temporary “door” for the area on the 3rd floor. We have kids that sleep there and it give a little privacy.

Close to beach, thanks for beach chairs and toys.Plenty of Parking. The stairs was a problem for us and the kitchen not quite big enough. The year before I think spoiled us with the size and duplicate applicances in kitchen, coffee maker, microwaves, stoves, refreigerators, etc This was a little cramp for 5 bedrooms for 13 people.

Pineapple Paradise was very enjoyable. Convenient, peaceful, and spacious. We appreciated the open concept which allowed all our family to be together. Yet there is enough space to have some solitude. The heated pool was a hit for the kids, though the heater went out and made a racket one night, they were able to repair it for the remainder of our trip. Pineapple Paradise is a do over.

My family of 13 had a great week. The weather and ocean was wonderful. We really enjoyed Pineapple Paradise. We loved the kitchen/living area. The big kitchen table was a plus. This is our 3rd time staying in this area of Gulf Shores, AL and this house was great! We really enjoyed the open main floor (kitchen/living), and loved that we didn't have to walk up/down a big dune to get to the water. 5 stars across the board... but one small critique is that the house WIFI signal was poor on the 2nd floor. Would stay in this house again!

We loved our stay!! The home was a perfect layout, open area to be together on the main level but 2 upper levels and each room having it own bathroom gave our 3 families the separation & privacy that’s helpful on a trip like this! Loved the 2 laundry areas & detergent that was provided was the perfect amount for our group. Kitchen was truly well equipped! - glass & plastic dishes, grilling utensils & lighter, food storage containers, all kinds of bakeware, crockpot, mixer, — the only thing we needed to bring were paper plates, food & spices! Also there were plenty of pool & beach toys at this place! If if the least bit chilly, (<70° for these MO folks) pay for the heated pool!! It was really great for us and our kids on our 1st of January stay!! WiFi is not named correctly, it’s under the previous name of the home.

The house was amazing. This house ha enough dishes and pots and pans and serving items. The owners thought of EVERYTHING! Having 2 laundry rooms with my big family was wonderful.
The pool was perfect after a hot day on the beach. The hammocks were a big plus!

Beautiful clean home located right on the beach. Could not ask for a better house or location. Our AC went out the first night we stayed there but Tracy was quick to answer our call and send someone out to look it over. The next morning it was fixed. The only thing I would like to see is a phone number you can call where someone will actually answer. Prior to our stay and throughout our stay I would have to call multiple multiple times for someone to answer. That is very frustrating.

We got to Gulf Shores about the same time as did Tropical Storm Cristobal. Road out the wind and rain for 2 days and had 5 good weather days. Beautiful house and views from all floors. Pool under house was ideal for small children needing to get out of sun. If you have elderly guests in your group, the stairs may be a problem. Only suggestion, beach clean up would be easier with a 5 foot length of hose and trigger nozzle at water faucet under shower to make it easy to rinse chairs, toys, etc.

We had a great time at this place. It was very nice, clean, and had plenty of space for 8 adults and 3 kids. Tons of bathrooms and space for more people even. Great view of the water on every level. The hammocks were a nice touch and very relaxing. The pool under the house was great for the kids. The codes didn’t work when we arrived and Tracy was quick to get us in the house and fix the internet for us when it went out. Everyone had an excellent week. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect house and great location. The house was beautiful and set up perfect. Everyone had plenty of space. We had 4 toddlers so the beach being close was wonderful. And the pool under the house in the shade worked out great.

This was the perfect house for our large family! There were 13 of us and there was plenty of room of us to gather and spread out. You couldn't ask for a better location - right on the beach and away from the major hustle and bustle. We absolutely loved staying here and hope we will be back very soon!

We had a group of 4 adults and 5 children ages 3 through 11 and had more than enough space. The covered pool was a perfect way to still be able to be outside, enjoy the views, but stay out of the direct sun. The multiple balconies were wonderful as well. The location was great as well - not too far from the busier parts of Gulf Shores but also plenty of space on the beach.

This house is perfect for multiple families. Very clean, right on the beach, fully stocked. We had a great time. Oh, and the heated pool was a hit with the kids, even on the cooler days. We ate mostly take out, which the restaurants were very accommodating, even gave us extras sometimes. It was a much needed quarancation, everything we needed and more!!

We have been coming to Gulf Shores for 8 years now. Our last two rental experiences were not favorable. When deciding to rent Pineapple Paradise, we looked at online pictures. Of course, photos on line always look better than the original. Not in this case, what we arrived to was better than expected. In a couple previous stays at other properties, we have noticed garbage and left over toys laying around. The grounds were spotless at Pineaple P. The house had more than enough room and was very comfortable. The location to the beach/access and the pool was a really nice bonus. Our family arrived at different times. So, when my children tried to enter the house upon arrival, the code did not work. Within minutes, they had the code, and I was texted with the new code. The management team was very helpful, timely and did regular check in communications. This really makes you feel special and appreciated as a guest. In addition, we decided to cook more this year because of COVID and having such a large group. We found that there was plenty of dishware, cups, cooking utensils, pots/pans to cook group meals. On thing I was not expecting was that the property had boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, etc...on site. Great to have! Nice to have Kuerigs on site and ice machine. We used daily. More bonuses: Smart TV's in each room, games on site, Keurigs and ice machine.

Overall, the BEST vacation experience we have had at Gulf Shores!


A couple things that need to be tended to:
1. The Top Rack of the Dishwasher comes off it's rails.
2. The Top drawer (directly to the right of the refrigerator)in the kitchen needs to be re-glued.
3. Ice machine on refrigerator seems to slow.
4. Noticed some blackness around some of the air vents. May want to check for mold and/or cleaning.
5. Couch needs a cleaning.
6. Cushions on outside chairs getting a little worn, foam is going flat.
7. Garbage cans need a rinsing

Loved this house! Of course being right on the beach is great but also having a private pool that is covered from the sun was amazing! Perfect for kids who’ve had a little too much sun. The house also had a lot of beach stuff which was so nice. My one suggestion would be to replace the living room couch and chairs. They are so worn down and uncomfortable. Same for the beds. They were really bad, especially the white bed in the bunk room. I had my 2 year old set up to sleep in that one, however, it sunk in so much it was not safe for him to sleep in. King beds are pretty terrible also. Those quick fixes will make this house absolutely perfect!

We loved this house! The only negatives we had were the living room furniture could be updated and the bedroom on the top floor the mattress was terrible for a person with a bad back but we made it work. It’s not ideal if you have an older person or younger children you don’t want to watch with steps but the location is fantastic. The walk way access is crazy high my only complaint with that is you get a lot of traffic with people dragging their wagons through your driveway which puts them close to your cars. Everything worked great and we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful property! Large enough to share with extended family with plenty of room to spend quality time. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Highlights: VIEW-love to look at the ocean and hear it crashing in, Pool-under the home is perfect to avoid the sun or rain, Hammocks-best spot for a nap, 2 washer/dryers and great common space
