Original German Sausage Festival Food & Drink

Alfred Stucki managed Elberta's Locker Plant in the 1900's, and he is credited with creating the secret recipe for Elberta's famous sausage that is served at the festival to this day. The Original German Sausage Festival also cooks up other German classics like potato salad, goulash, sauerkraut and baked goods. Those who aren't looking to try Alfred's famous recipe can choose from a variety of grilled goods like hamburgers, BBQ and hot dogs.
